The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, ATMs, bus stops. The free access to a private beach and the complimentary shuttle bus to get there are great perks. The gym is well-equipped with friendly personal trainers. The roof terrace with a pool and restaurant is perfect for relaxing. The staff is helpful and friendly, even going above and beyond by driving me to a pharmacy in the middle of the night. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel offers fast WiFi, comfortable beds, and large flat-screen TVs. The price is very competitive compared to other hotels in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and excellent service.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the beach, in a very convenient and bustling area. The nearby bus station makes it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom and decent amenities. The breakfast is impressive, with a good variety of options, and the staff in the breakfast area are attentive and helpful. Plus, the top floor has a cool outdoor pool where you can relax and soak up the sun.

There were a few rude waiters in the restaurant who were slow in serving and even talked back when we complained about the long wait for our coffee.

The staff was professional, the rooms were luxurious. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was tasty. It took us 15 minutes to drive to this hip new accommodation from the airport. Nice pool area too.

Staff were kind, hotel was clean, set in amazing area not far from all the major attractions, old bazar with lots of shops at reasonable prices and shops. Varied breakfast options, the food was good!

The Spa facilities were a letdown as we found the hamam to be cold. this was a minor issue given the many other positive aspects of the hotel.

Perfect location, helpful staff, great atmosphere. Staff assisted with day tour sign-ups. Stunning design, new and shiny interior. Beautiful king room with large shower. Spa, pool, and gym were good. Terrace and club served decent food and cocktails. Beautiful Cakil Beach with free shuttle. Excellent location near shopping center and vibrant Old Town. Great value for money.

We were warmly welcomed with a plate of fresh and dried fruits in our luxurious room. the spa and wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of massages and treatments. the rooftop pool and sun terrace provided a breathtaking view of the city. the restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet with an array of options.

The only minor issue we experienced was the slight noise from the busy street outside our room, but this was quickly resolved with the use of the efficient and soundproof windows. this hotel provided top-notch service and surpassed our expectations in all aspects.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to the airport, bus station, and the bustling old bazar, where we found plenty of shops with reasonable prices. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool and a relaxing hamam. the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff, particularly Mr Okan and Mr Baran, were friendly and cute, making us feel right at home.

There was nothing we didn't like.
